Finally back!?!

On March 21, I ran 16 miles. Two weeks later, completed three legs of the Brew to Brew totalling 13 miles. That was the day of my injury. 19 weeks felt like an eternity of recovery!!! 1 massage therapist, 2 physical therapist and a therapist/chiropractor later, I feel i'm about 90%. And any of you that have had to pay for PT of any kind know its not cheap. I thought running was expensive, HAH, not running was 5X as expensive!
