Hell Creek on Heels 30k and 50k
Just a heads up that I have added a relay team option to the Hell Creek on Heels 30k on September 22nd and to the 50k on November 3rd!
I am hoping this will draw more people to the event to keep the solo runners cheered up and always have someone to 'play' with! And of course, provide you folks with a new challenge that do not think you could run all of the distance on your own!
I do not have this info on the website yet, but I am working on the changes!

I think spring is here finally!! But, temps are going to feel like summer this week!
The next Hell Creek on Heels trail run will be here soon! June 16th is the date and it will be a 15k and 5k options.

Suggested shoes for a really bad ankle
I have a bad ankle and have been running on pavement for the last few months but I am ready to get back on the trails. I had a severe sprain and tore ligaments (for the 3rd time in my life) in July 2011 and I still have problems with it. Does anyone have suggestions for trail running shoes. I noticed that New Balance has a high top running shoe "621 High Trail Running Shoes". I found some reviews for them but they were mostly from walkers. I really want to get back on the trails but I…

What up Topekans?!! I'm new to the area and am looking for a running group of guys to hit the trails. I'm down for a Tuesday evening run most weeks. At the moment, my schedule is open for weekly evening runs. I'm good for about a 5k but hope to be comfortable with a 10k by the fall.
